In English:
At our library TioTretton, grades 3-5 can book school visits in the mornings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We can accommodate two groups each day between 09:30-11:30. Each visit lasts about 50 minutes and are completely free of charge.
In order for the visit to be the best possible for the children we accept groups no larger than 15 at a time. Larger groups/classes will be divided in two groups, preferably beforehand by the teachers, and they can be booked right after one another on the same day or on different days based on your preference. Since TioTretton is a kids-only library, teachers will not accompany the group in the library. (If a child in your class has the need for an assistant adult during the visit they are of course welcome to join the group)
To book a visit, fill out this form.
School visits at TioTretton are a way for kids to discover our library and, hopefully, return on their free time. Because of this we do not book repeated visits for the same group. You as a teacher will be sent forms for the guardians of the kids to sign so that we can provide them with library cards and the possibility to discover our library and borrow our books.
